Location: Torrance, CA

Pay: 80k to 90k plus bonus

Operational Excellence & Financial Performance

• Lead and inspire 6 to 8 restaurant locations, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Take full ownership of financial performance by analyzing P&L statements, optimizing labor, controlling food costs, and protecting margins.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategic plans to increase sales, streamline operations, and boost profitability.
• Conduct high-impact site visits that reinforce quality, safety, service standards, and a culture of accountability.

Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor and develop Restaurant Managers into confident, high-performing leaders.
• Build a culture rooted in performance, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Drive engagement, retention, and succession planning across your district.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between corporate leadership and in-store execution.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of successful multi-unit management experience overseeing at least 5 locations in the quick-service or fast-casual restaurant industry
• Strong financial acumen with deep knowledge of P&L management, cost controls, and labor optimization.
• A proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus.
• The ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on operational leadership.
