FOH Service Manager – Upscale Dining in NOLA

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and hands-on FOH Service Manager to lead operations in one of our high-volume, upscale dining restaurants. What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and inspire the FOH team to maintain a positive, efficient, and high-performing restaurant
• Oversee all FOH operations
• Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and food/labor cost controls
• Ensure strict adherence to recipe standards, portioning, and presentation
• Partner with FOH leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of BOH management experience in upscale dining
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills
• Solid understanding of food and labor cost management
• ServSafe certified (or ability to obtain)
• Passion for hospitality is a bonus!
