Our kitchen prepares food fresh daily using real ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, and our front-of-house leaders play a critical role in translating that culinary passion into a memorable guest experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Delivering an Outstanding Guest Experience
• Lead the front-of-house team to consistently deliver exceptional hospitality and service standards
• Drive guest satisfaction, sales performance, and service execution during every shift
• Educate and coach the team on menu knowledge and the value of our scratch-made food and fresh ingredients
• Actively engage with guests and resolve opportunities quickly to ensure a memorable dining experience
Building and Developing a Strong Team
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members and supervisors
• Conduct performance conversations, provide ongoing coaching, and build leadership capability within the team
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture where employees feel supported and motivated to succeed
Driving Operational Excellence
• Ensure the restaurant maintains the highest standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen leadership team to ensure seamless FOH/BOH execution of scratch-made menu items
• Manage schedules to optimize labor efficiency while maintaining excellent service levels
• Monitor inventory, control liquor costs, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
What You Bring
• 3+ years of front-of-house leadership experience in casual or full-service dining
• Experience working in restaurants with scratch kitchens or chef-driven menus strongly preferred
• Proven success leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, liquor controls, scheduling, and inventory management
• Passion for hospitality, quality food, and creating an environment where both guests and employees thrive
