Restaurant General Manager for Upscale Scratch Concept

We are seeking a proven, high-energy General Manager to lead a well-respected steakhouse known for quality, consistency, and strong guest loyalty. This is an opportunity to take the reins of a successful operation, build an exceptional team, and drive both culture and performance.

As General Manager, you will have full ownership of the restaurant’s operations, guest experience, and financial results. You’ll lead from the front, set the standard for excellence, and create an environment where both guests and team members thrive.

What You’ll Do

Operational Leadership

Own the day-to-day performance of the restaurant, ensuring excellence across service, food execution, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

Team Building & Development

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Coach, mentor, and inspire leaders and hourly staff to deliver consistent, standout hospitality.

Guest Experience Excellence

Set the tone for exceptional service. Be visible on the floor, engage with guests, resolve concerns quickly, and consistently exceed expectations.

Financial & Business Management

Drive sales and profitability by managing labor, food costs, and operating expenses. Analyze performance metrics and execute strategies to exceed financial goals.

Quality & Standards

Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and recipe execution while maintaining brand and operational standards.

Training & Culture

Implement and uphold strong training programs that support service standards, menu knowledge, and operational excellence at every level.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of five (5) years as a General Manager or Managing Partner in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
• Deep understanding of front- and back-of-house operations
• Excellent guest-facing and interpersonal skills
• Proven financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability management
