Food & Beverage Manager – Fine Dining & Luxury Operations

We’re seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead high-performing restaurant and outlet teams in a luxury, high-volume environment.

This role is responsible for driving exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and profitability across all food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate teams to deliver five-star service and maintain impeccable standards.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to design innovative menus and promotions.
  • Manage budgets, payroll, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members for growth and advancement.
  • Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in upscale or fine dining food & beverage management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple outlets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food Handler certification required; hospitality degree preferred.

Compensation:

Competitive salary range of $75,000–$80,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
