Full RELO Rare opportunity to lead the BOH in a Flagship store in Raleigh ( with this amazing upscale 9 unit chain) This is a ‘A” location and we are looking for the very best EKM/Chef. Our qualifications our not just based on experience. The perfect fit will be a great leader in every sense-empathetic, leads by example, loves to train and mentor, can see the big picture- but is very hands on and loves to work side by side with their team . Works in a collaborative way with all employees and managers and is VERY passionate about quality and standards- enjoys the fast pace of a busy restaurant! Looking for a culinary background, that can execute a huge menu with expertise! This is a very high volume unit ( 10.5 million plus) and will require high volume experience plus experience working in an all scratch kitchen. The menu is very extensive and execution at all levels is the biggest challenge. The GM is fantastic and the right candidate will walk in to a huge support team- especially and including the executive team. This company has the best culture I have ever worked with.
