What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the show: managing daily operations, leading service, handling issues, keeping the kitchen and floor humming.
• Coaching and developing your team so they grow, stay, and contribute to a tight, high-performing crew.
• Delivering standout guest experiences — not just service, but hospitality.
• Keeping an eye on the numbers (labor, food cost, P&L) without losing the heart of what makes a great restaurant tick.

Experience Needed:

• You’ve led teams in a busy restaurant environment — ideally in Tex-Mex, fine dining, or BBQ (but we won’t cry if you haven’t).
• You get that consistency and personality matter when it comes to service.
• You’re not a clipboard manager. You’re a people leader with high standards and a soft touch.
