· Create and refine recipes that are unmatched in flavor, quality, and consistency.

· Lead R&D for new menu items with absolute confidentiality.

· Test, document, and standardize recipes so they scale flawlessly.

· Collaborate directly with leadership to launch products quickly.

· Stay ahead of trends while staying true to our Mediterranean/Middle Eastern roots.

· Train chefs and teams to execute your creations perfectly, every time.

Requirements:

· Proven ability to innovate while keeping dishes operationally simple.

· Impeccable attention to detail and skill in documenting recipes.

· Passionate, fast-moving, and trusted to handle highly confidential projects.

· Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
