Our kitchen is the heartbeat of our operation, and we’re looking for a driven, bilingual (Spanish/English) Kitchen Manager who thrives in the action and leads by example.

Position Summary:

As our Kitchen Manager, you will be the right-hand leader in daily back-of-house operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and high standards in everything from prep to plate. This role requires a strong work ethic, high energy, bilingual communication skills, and deep experience managing teams in high-volume kitchens. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate a large BOH team in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are always met.
  • Manage labor, food cost, and kitchen inventory using Restaurant365.
  • Create prep lists, schedule staff, and drive peak performance.
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and positive work environment.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff with clear goals and accountability.
  • Collaborate with FOH management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Be on the line, in the trenches, and leading from the front daily.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English – a must for team communication.
  • Expert in back-of-house operations, including scheduling, prep, ordering, and compliance.
  • Experience using Restaurant365 or similar BOH systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for food, people, and a culture that celebrates effort and excellence.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A “get it done” attitude and love for a challenge.
