• Execute corporate programs and daily procedures with precision and consistency
• Manage labor strategy, scheduling, and staff performance to maximize efficiency and morale
• Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to drive results and support financial targets
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless, coordinated service

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of HOH management experience in high-volume, corporate restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with POS and scheduling systems
• Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Food safety certification preferred
