We’re looking for a Multi Unit / Senior General Manager to take the lead in driving operational excellence, building strong teams, and growing a standout restaurant brand across the DC region.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a strategic operator who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-first environment. You’ll oversee multiple units (corporate + licensed), lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in new store openings and brand expansion—all while enjoying real work-life balance with seasonal downtime, paid holidays, and professional growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Multi-Unit Operations: Oversee daily performance across multiple units, driving excellence in service, food quality, and execution.
• Coach & Develop Leaders: Mentor and grow GMs and high-potential team members to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Ensure Brand Standards: Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure top-tier performance and consistent guest experience.
• Drive Results: Analyze financials, manage budgets, and use KPIs to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Support New Openings: Lead training and execution for new restaurant launches and pop-up events in your territory.
• Foster Licensee Relationships: Guide licensed partners with training, feedback, and brand support to ensure alignment and success.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a multi-unit leader or senior-level GM
• Strong people leadership with a passion for hiring, coaching, and team development
• Financial acumen with a proven track record of growing sales and managing budgets
• A deep commitment to hospitality, compliance, and operational integrity
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with travel and shifting priorities
