Your Mission as Multi-Unit Area Manager:

Are you a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a passion for hospitality? We are searching for a Multi-Unit Area Manager to oversee, inspire, and grow a portfolio of our fast-casual burger restaurants. You’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence, stellar guest experiences, and robust financial performance across your assigned locations. What You’ll Be Accountable For:

• Operational Mastery: Ensure seamless daily operations, consistent adherence to our brand standards, and regulatory compliance. Regularly assess performance metrics (sales, labor, quality, guest satisfaction) and provide hands-on coaching during site visits.
• Financial Stewardship: Own the P&L for each unit. Develop budgets, analyze financial trends, and strategize with managers to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Team Empowerment: Recruit top talent, provide comprehensive training, and mentor restaurant managers and their teams. Cultivate a positive, high-performing culture through effective leadership, performance evaluations, and tailored development plans. Ensure ongoing training in all critical areas, from food safety to service excellence.
• Guest Obsession: Champion an unparalleled guest experience. Uphold the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service. Proactively address feedback and collaborate on exciting promotions that enhance the dining journey.
• Brand Advocacy: Be the face of our brand, ensuring every location embodies our values. Partner with marketing to execute impactful local campaigns and stay ahead of market trends and competitors.

We’re Excited About Candidates Who Bring:

• 3-5+ years of proven multi-unit management success in the restaurant (preferably fast-casual) or hospitality sector.
• Fast Casual Multi Unit experience
• A track record of exceeding financial and operational goals across multiple sites.
• Hands on leadership where you are not afraid to lead from the front, in the restaurants, and get your hands dirty
• Exceptional leadership ability, inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with modern financial reporting, scheduling, and restaurant management platforms.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A valid driver’s license and readiness for regular travel between locations.
