We’re searching for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in both the front and back of house. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach to ensure excellent guest service, operational consistency, and team development. New hires will participate in a comprehensive Manager-in-Training (MIT) program designed to build upon your past leadership experience and help you thrive in your new role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of both FOH and BOH departments
  • Lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive and engaging work environment
  • Control labor, food, and beverage costs by enforcing proper inventory and ordering practices
  • Uphold service quality and operational standards to enhance the guest experience
  • Contribute to business growth through local marketing and sales initiatives
  • Participate in talent acquisition and build a pipeline of future team members
  • Ensure consistent food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain high presentation and quality standards for every dish served
  • Keep the facility in pristine, well-maintained condition

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in a full-service environment managing teams of 50 or more
  • Proven ability to lead and develop team members
  • Willingness to support nearby locations when necessary
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • For positions in California: Must complete Responsible Beverage Service Certification (can be obtained during training, within 60 days of hire)
