Restaurant is all scratch and doing over 200k in sales per week!

Relocation provided from other cities!

To be considered for this excellent job- please have the following:

• A passion for putting out the best product, 100% of the time
• Systems knowledge- High volume chain restaurant experience welcome
• Be able to execute a huge scratch menu ( there is some creativity) but executing a perfect product (with a set menu) in a high volume setting is crucial to the success of the restaurant
• Mentorship and leading by example- this is a very hands on position!
• Collaboration with the FOH- This is a team environment
• Must have prior P&L knowledge and be very proficient on the business side
• History of success- great tenure and excellent references
