Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO

Location: Texas (Remote – Home Office Based)

We are seeking a highly extraordinary and classically-trained Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO of a growing and dynamic restaurant company. This is a high-visibility, remote role based in Texas, with occasional travel for executive and board-level meetings. The ideal candidate will bring executive maturity, professional polish, and a strong sense of ownership in supporting a fast-paced, performance-driven leadership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative and strategic support to the CEO in both business and personal matters.
  • Manage complex scheduling, including high-volume calendar coordination (both business and personal), across multiple time zones.
  • Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including commercial and private air travel, hotel and ground transportation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with key stakeholders including Board Members, Investors, Banks, Analysts, Franchise Partners, and Media.
  • Prepare and edit high-quality presentations, reports, and confidential correspondence (deep PowerPoint proficiency required).
  • Ensure seamless execution of CEO’s day-to-day activities with attention to detail, proactive anticipation, and poise.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive business and personal information.
  • Act as a true extension of the CEO, representing the brand with polish, professionalism, and warmth.
  • Support executive meetings including agenda preparation, note-taking, follow-up coordination, and logistics management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders and executive teams.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting CEOs or Presidents in large public companies or private equity-backed organizations.
  • Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is a strong plus, though not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Travel: Occasional (approx. every other month to West Coast or other locations)
  • Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and pride in excellence.
  • Intelligent problem-solver with high emotional intelligence and business savvy.
  • Exceptional communication skills – articulate, poised, and diplomatic.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding follow-up and organizational abilities.
  • Naturally likable, approachable, with strong interpersonal presence and a warm, welcoming voice (in-person and via phone).
  • High energy, highly responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operates with a “no job too big or too small” attitude; proactively anticipates needs.
  • Experience coordinating with airlines and FBOs, and managing executive-level travel logistics with finesse.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
