Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and customer-focused General Manager to lead our steakhouse team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, skilled in operations and staff development, and driven to uphold our brand’s high standards in food, service, and ambiance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH).
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, high-quality food, and a welcoming environment.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff; foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs within budget.
  • Collaborate with marketing team or ownership to drive promotions and special events.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, including sales, labor, and food costs.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume steakhouse or fine dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving restaurant performance.
  • Knowledge of restaurant software systems (POS, inventory, scheduling).
  • ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
