What You’ll Be Owning

• Guest Satisfaction: Bring energy and precision to the guest experience — every table, every shift.
• Service Standards: Set the tone with top-tier full-service execution, including tableside etiquette, menu and beverage knowledge, and high-touch hospitality.
• Floor Leadership: Be the heartbeat of FOH operations — coach, motivate, and support hosts, servers, and bartenders to deliver excellence.
• Training & Development: Grow your team’s skills and confidence through ongoing coaching and service development.
• Atmosphere & Ambiance: Keep the vibe on-brand and the floor running smoothly from open to close.
• Sales & Promotions: Lead initiatives to elevate check averages and deliver memorable upsell moments.
• Guest Recovery & Conflict Resolution: Step in when needed, resolve concerns with professionalism, and turn guests into loyal fans.
• Health & Safety: Champion cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all local and company food service standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of FOH management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• Passion for guest experience, team leadership, and creating great service moments
• Strong knowledge of full-service operations and liquor/beer/wine (LBW) service
• A magnetic personality, professional presence, and great communication skills
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
