• Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operations across 30 restaurant locations with full ownership of performance
• Lead and develop 6 District Managers, fostering high-performing teams
• Analyze metrics and implement improvements to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Ensure uniform execution of brand standards, systems, and training practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve growth and innovation goals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, ideally in fast-casual or QSR
• Proven success managing district-level teams across multiple locations
• Strong business acumen, data fluency, and ability to execute operational strategy
• Dynamic, people-first leadership style with a passion for hospitality excellence
