Responsibilities:

• Operations Leadership: You’ll be the right hand to the General Manager, overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations. This includes ensuring smooth workflows in both the front-of-house (guest service, cashier) and back-of-house (kitchen, prep) areas.
• Team Management: You’ll play a key role in hiring, training, and developing our team members. You’ll provide coaching and feedback to ensure they deliver exceptional guest service and uphold our quality standards.
• Guest Experience Champion: Creating a positive and memorable dining experience for our guests is paramount. You’ll be responsible for handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Financial Performance: Maintaining profitability is a crucial aspect of the role. You’ll assist with managing food and labor costs, ensuring adherence to inventory control procedures.
• Safety & Sanitation: You’ll play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in accordance with all health codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in the fast-casual pizza industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with staff and guests.
• Proficient in scheduling software and point-of-sale systems.
• A passion for pizza and commitment to delivering a high-quality product.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
