General Manager – Trendy, Growing Cafe

We are seeking a General Manager for a trendy upscale cafe in Richardson. You will be responsible for inspiring your team and providing customers with a memorable experience. Our company is growing and needs people to grow along with it!

Qualifications:

• 2 years minimum experience leading a team, preferably in a cafe/coffee shop setting
• Strong leadership qualities
• Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage your team
• An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary
• Create and implement marketing initiatives
• Conduct regular staff training sessions
