Director of Marketing – Fast Casual Restaurant Brand

Restaurant Marketing Director

Remote with some travel to San Diego, LA area.

Strategic Direction & Brand Positioning

• Develop and guide the overall marketing vision and long-term growth roadmap
• Maintain consistent messaging and visual standards across all guest touchpoints
• Align marketing initiatives with operational and business objectives
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, culinary, and executive leadership teams

Sales Growth & Performance

• Support comparable sales growth through targeted marketing programs
• Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns to improve effectiveness
• Test new ideas and channels to improve traffic and guest frequency

Digital Presence & Guest Engagement

• Oversee the full digital experience including website, mobile ordering, and guest platforms
• Lead development and ongoing optimization of the loyalty program
• Improve direct ordering adoption and reduce reliance on third-party platforms
• Manage online reputation strategy including reviews, search visibility, and listings

Content, Social Media & Creative Campaigns

• Direct social media strategy and brand storytelling efforts
• Ensure messaging remains relevant, engaging, and authentic
• Guide creative development for promotions, seasonal launches, and new products
• Strengthen emotional connection between guests and the dining experience

Local Marketing & Community Outreach

• Build scalable local store marketing programs
• Create partnerships with schools, organizations, and community groups
• Provide operators with tools and resources to increase neighborhood awareness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
• Background in restaurants
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through marketing initiatives
• Experience managing digital platforms, loyalty programs, and brand strategy
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and ownership mentality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
