We’re looking for a Bakery Department Manager to lead a high-volume, quality-driven bakery known for exceptional presentation and consistency. This is an opportunity to own your department, develop your team, and make a direct impact on sales, guest experience, and daily operations.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily production, baking, finishing, packaging, and merchandising
• Ensure freshness, proper labeling, and date rotation
• Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain a clean, organized department
• Align production with sales forecasts, holidays, and special events
• Maintain high standards for product consistency and presentation
• Partner cross-functionally to support in-store promotions
• Monitor inventory levels and place vendor orders
• Conduct regular inventory counts and track department performance
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach bakery team members
• Set clear production goals and hold the team accountable
• Foster a positive, high-performing culture

What You Bring

• 1+ year of supervisory or management experience
• Strong operational, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
