The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities:

• 2 years fast casual General Manager experience.
• 3 – 5 Years Management Experience
• Cost control and analysis.
• Must have a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency
• Drive results through influence and coaching success routines and brand standard
• Positive attitude and team building skills.
