What You’ll Do:

Lead the Operation

Run the show day-to-day—from food quality to floor execution—ensuring everything is smooth, clean, compliant, and memorable.

Inspire Your Team

Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house crew. Set the tone with hands-on leadership and a passion for people.

Deliver Hospitality

Drive Financial Results

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years as a General Manager or Managing Partner in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Strong operational knowledge across FOH and BOH
• Passion for delivering top-notch hospitality
• Solid financial acumen—budgeting, P&L, inventory, and cost control
• Strong communicator and quick problem-solver
• POS and restaurant management system experience
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
