As we scale, we’re looking for a Vice President of Human Resources who thrives in high-growth environments and believes culture is the competitive advantage. This is a rare opportunity to shape the people strategy of a brand that’s rewriting the rules in fast casual dining.

As the VP of Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team and a people-first leader across the organization. You’ll build and lead a high-performing HR team, architect scalable systems, and champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and heart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Strategy & Culture: Define and drive a forward-thinking people strategy that supports company vision, rapid expansion, and a mission-driven culture.
  • Talent Development: Build systems for attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent, from restaurant crew to corporate leadership.
  • Organizational Design: Develop scalable HR infrastructure and org design that supports growth across new markets and concepts.
  • Performance & Leadership: Implement and oversee leadership development, succession planning, and performance management systems.
  • HR Operations: Ensure excellence in HR compliance, compensation and benefits strategy, onboarding, and workforce analytics.
  • Employee Engagement: Champion initiatives that inspire, engage, and energize team members at every level — from the front lines to the C-suite.
  • Culture Stewardship: Serve as a cultural anchor and values ambassador as we continue to grow and evolve.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a VP or senior HR executive role
  • Experience in a high-growth, multi-unit restaurant or retail environment strongly preferred
  • Proven success scaling people operations during periods of rapid expansion
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Passionate about people and culture, with a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic
  • Highly strategic and deeply operational — you can set the vision and build the systems
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills
