We are a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant dedicated to delivering exceptional food and memorable experiences. With a strong culinary identity and a passion for hospitality, we’re looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our team and help lead kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high performance and morale
  • Maintain top-tier standards for food preparation, taste, and presentation
  • Control inventory and manage food ordering and storage
  • Uphold sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Collaborate in menu planning, recipe development, and plating design
  • Monitor food costs and minimize waste through effective portion control
  • Step into leadership role in absence of the Head Chef

Requirements

  • 3+ years of kitchen experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or sous chef role
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
  • Passion for food, innovation, and teamwork
