Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Shift Lead to support daily restaurant operations and help lead the team during assigned shifts. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in leadership while remaining hands-on in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help ensure excellent service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance while supporting management in driving results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues in real time
• Execute opening and closing procedures accurately
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and coach team members
• Support training of new hires and ongoing team development
• Follow cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention procedures
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a QSR, fast casual, or restaurant environment
• Leadership or shift supervision experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
