What You Bring

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR environment
• Demonstrated success in leading operations, achieving financial goals, and building strong teams
• A steady, confident leadership style with excellent communication and organizational skills
• The ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Strong understanding of P&L, labor planning, and inventory management
