Position Overview

The General Manager leads all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and team culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, labor management, and food/beverage execution.
  • Drive sales and profitability through smart operational decisions and creative local marketing.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that embodies the company’s culture and values.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Manage budgets, P&L, and performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment where feedback, recognition, and growth are encouraged.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or multi-unit leader in casual dining or fast-casual.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain a strong team.
  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and building community.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on operational excellence and profitability.
  • Hands-on leadership style — willing to jump in wherever needed.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
