What You’ll Do

• Create unforgettable guest experiences—every shift, every table, every time.
• Lead by example, inspiring a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen pros to deliver next-level hospitality.
• Support daily operations with precision—opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, and financial oversight.
• Partner with the General Manager to drive sales, control costs, and elevate performance across the board.
• Ensure top-tier food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun—because great service starts with a great team.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or resort environment.
• A genuine passion for people and hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory management.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced setting (evenings, weekends, and holidays included).
