What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing front-of-house teams to deliver world-class hospitality.
• Oversee daily restaurant and outlet operations, ensuring flawless execution and elevated service.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on seasonal menus, signature experiences, and promotional events.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and cost controls while maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
• Recruit, train, and develop emerging talent — creating the next generation of hospitality leaders.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with grace, professionalism, and care.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hotel F&B management.
• A polished, hands-on leadership style with a passion for service excellence.
• Strong operational and financial acumen, with experience managing multiple outlets.
• Tech-savvy with POS and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler certification required; Hospitality Management degree preferred.
