What You’ll Do

• Own the floor — champion daily FOH operations and deliver flawless guest experiences.
• Inspire your team — coach, train, and empower servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff to deliver their best.
• Partner with BOH leaders — create seamless collaboration that drives consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Drive results — manage labor, costs, and schedules to meet business goals without losing sight of people.
• Lead with hospitality — handle guest feedback with professionalism and care, turning moments into loyalty.
• Keep it tight — oversee administrative tasks, ordering, and compliance with brand and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of FOH management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• A natural motivator who leads with confidence, empathy, and accountability.
• Strong command of operations, cost controls, and guest relations.
• A quick-thinking problem solver with standout communication and leadership skills.
• ServSafe or local food handler certification a plus.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays — when hospitality happens.
