What You’ll Do:

• Run the show: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service across all departments.
• Inspire your team: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of managers and hourly staff.
• Drive results: Lead the charge on sales growth, labor management, inventory, and profitability.
• Champion consistency: Ensure flawless execution of brand standards, recipes, and service procedures.

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting
• Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate and develop others
• Solid experience in P&L management, inventory, budgeting, and labor scheduling
• A hospitality-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
