Position Summary

The Area Director will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of several restaurant units while partnering with senior leadership on new store openings, seasonal rollouts, and strategic initiatives. This individual must be a strong people leader, operational expert, and brand ambassador, capable of coaching teams and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of continuous growth, development, and positivity across all assigned locations.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management of restaurant leadership and staff.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences across all locations.
• Drive accountability through coaching, mentoring, and, when necessary, performance management.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to control food costs and maintain operational standards.
• Manage labor efficiency through schedule oversight and workforce planning.
• Execute and support company-wide promotions, marketing initiatives, and seasonal menu rollouts.
• Facilitate training sessions, seminars, and development workshops.
• Champion internal training programs, including MIT (Manager in Training) development.
• Act as a liaison between general managers and senior leadership, reporting on key operational metrics.
• Provide leadership and support during new restaurant openings.
• Represent the brand with integrity and enthusiasm in all internal and external engagements.
