We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts in vibrant, fast-paced environments. This role will encompass full-cycle recruiting to support team growth across multiple high-volume locations, with a focus on attracting candidates who excel in dynamic settings and share a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure alignment with our culture and operational needs.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies using platforms such as Workstream, Indeed, and LinkedIn, as well as engaging in job fairs to attract top talent.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define position requirements and identify the ideal candidate profiles for open roles.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and a welcoming approach.
• Advertise job openings across various platforms and manage the scheduling of interviews.
• Utilize data-driven insights to continually improve recruitment outcomes and meet hiring goals.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish).
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment, preferably in hospitality or retail.
• Collaborative, culturally aware, and adaptable to the evolving needs of operations.
• Self-motivated with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a service-oriented mindset.
• Goal-driven, data-focused, and results-oriented.
