Full Service Up Scale Restaurant has an excellent career opportunity for individuals that have a true passion for food and an unrelenting drive to provide exceptional guest service and hospitality.

We are currently looking for a General Manager that loves people, executes brand standards, and enjoys making money!

Looking for a developer or people who cares for their team and is looking to grow their career.

If you enjoy being a Leader, building sales through great execution and taking care of your guest we would love the opportunity to talk.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensures guest satisfaction through a great attitude and a hands-on, lead by example management style

• Utilizes leadership skills and motivates team members to ensure great guest experience

• Inspects and observes team members and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of upscale/fine dining Restaurant Management experience

• At least 2 years of General Manager experience in upscale / fine dining establishment

• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required

• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
