We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at our fast casual dining establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:

Guest Satisfaction: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.

Operational Excellence: Assist in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.

Team Leadership: Support and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including cashiers, servers, kitchen staff, and food preparers. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide ongoing training and development.

Service Standards: Maintain high service standards by implementing company policies and procedures. Ensure that orders are accurate, food is served promptly, and guests’ needs are met efficiently and courteously.

Inventory and Stock Control: Collaborate with the management team to monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and maintain proper stock rotation. Place orders with suppliers to ensure adequate supplies are available.

Quality Control: Uphold the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Sales and Upselling: Support sales initiatives and promotions to maximize revenue. Train staff on suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase average check amounts.

Cash Handling and Financial Management: Assist in cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, reconciling sales, and preparing daily deposits. Contribute to monitoring and controlling expenses to meet financial targets.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management
