Job Summary: 

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to help lead a team for a new restaurant concept that is only a year old. Our company is growing quickly and we are looking for great leaders to grow with us. As a Restaurant Manager, you will overtake a variety of responsibilities and duties such as restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests.

Personality is everything and we are searching for someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty to get the job done. This is a new concept so a focus on hospitality is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day operations in front- and back-of-the-house people, systems, and processes.
• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant per company standards.
• Use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take
• corrective action.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production,
• preparation, guest relations, food safety, and restaurant maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, training, supervision, and retention of staff.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize reward and recognition programs for restaurant Team Members.
• Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g., discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides).
• Complete other duties as assigned. 
• Deliver superior guest services, ensuring guest satisfaction.
